Returns Policy

Digital: Due to the digital nature of digital products, we are unable to offer refunds or accept returns. 

Please understand that once the digital content is sold, it is impossible for us to recover or gurantee it will still not be used.

For digital downloads from this site, consumers waive their cancellation rights before digital content is provided. This means that once you, the consumer/customer has purchased the content, then you have given up any consumer rights to a refund. 

If you've made a genuine mistake with a download purchase, please contact us and explain your situation.

Hardcopy: Please return items in the fashion they were provided to you. We may charge a restocking fee at our discretion . If your order was received with damage please contact us for resolution.

Cancellations: If you choose to cancel your order, please do so before 5pm on the day of ordering. After orders are despatched any cancelations will be treated as a return so please return all items to us for a refund.
